OXID is a specialized quicklime, essential for optimizing diverse industrial processes.

USES
· OXID is used in steel processes such as slagging, desulfurization, and the protection of refractories.
· In mining, it is a basic chemical to recover metals such as: copper, lead, zinc, nickel, silver, gold, and radioactive elements such as uranium and radium.
· In chemical processes it acts as a pH regulator and neutralizes chemical reactions.
· Participates in the processes of obtaining cane juice and sugar.

BENEFITS

· OXID works in the leaching and flotation stage acting as a pH regulating agent, in addition to maintaining the appropriate alkalinity, it acts as a flocculating additive.
· Improves the quality of steel.
· Reduces the melting temperature of the metal.
· Removes contaminants from cane juice and helps meet food grade parameters.
