SPRAY MACHINES
The specialized spray machines of the Sistema Constructivo Calidra allow you to mix the product and spray it onto the wall, which helps reduce the time spent on traditional wall coating processes.

Every construction project is different, and so are its requirements. That's why we offer different application modalities for our specialized silo machinery to optimize your on-site processes.
WATERFALL MODALITY
GRAVITY-FEED SILO
· This modality is ideal for projects that lack electrical power.
· It is recommended for masonry work such as jointing, rendering, and micro-concrete for both interiors and exteriors.
· For use in dry cement mortars, lime mortars, micro-concretes—all up to 9 mm in particle size (granulometry).
WHIRLWIND 50 MODALITY
GRAVITY-FEED SILO
+ MIXER D50 L/min
· This modality requires the project to have electrical power or the support of an electric generator.
· It is ideal for masonry work such as jointing, rendering, and micro-concrete for both interiors and exteriors.
· For use in dry cement mortars, lime mortars, micro-concretes—all up to 6 mm in particle size (granulometry).
· A D-50 supplies wet mortar to 8 crews of 10 bricklayers each.

· A D-30 supplies wet mortar to 4 crews of 10 bricklayers each.
· The estimated distance the F-160 pneumatic conveyor supplies dry mortar is 20 meters horizontally and 60 meters vertically, for a total of 80 meters.

· This modality requires the project to have electrical power or the support of an electric generator.
· It is ideal for cement renders, gypsum plaster, and finishes with a particle size (granulometry) of up to 4 mm for both interiors and exteriors.
· Provides homogeneity in the mixing of mortar and water with the installation of a Duo Mix type spray machine, which receives the dry material from the silo up to a suggested maximum distance of 50 meters horizontally.
· Allows for water control thanks to its flow meter.
· Rapid project progress, providing a yield of 100 m2/day.
· The estimated distance the F-160 pneumatic conveyor supplies dry mortar is 20 meters horizontally and 60 meters vertically, for a total of 80 meters.
